Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to support our Sales & Total Service teams, working on Wise Business, our international business account.

The Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth. 

An increasing share of our 625,000+ business customers – and the 45,000+ businesses that join them every month – trust Wise with their day-to-day finances. 

The Sales and Total Service - Account Specialist (TS-AS) teams operate at the frontline of high-value customer acquisition and retention. Together, they guide prospective clients through onboarding, deliver proactive account management, and help businesses navigate product complexities so servicing scales smoothly alongside business growth.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Enablement & Tooling: Build scalable self-serve dashboards, forecasting calculators, and cohort health reports for AE and TS-AS teams, while delivering monthly performance and ROI reporting to leadership.
  • Portfolio Performance: For both TS-AS and AE track performance of their respective portfolios and drive optimization strategies for things like forecast attainment, product activation and churn prevention.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Track and optimize both Sales and TS-AS conversion funnels—refining assignment criteria, assessing channel performance, evaluating lead flow, and diagnosing key blockers to revenue attainment.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Conduct TAM/SAM analysis to inform regional expansion, build capacity/ramp-up forecasts, and shape the data-driven framework for transitioning from inbound sales to outbound outreach.
  • Team Performance & SLA Analytics: Define KPIs to evaluate rep and agent health, tracking support SLAs, sales deal velocity, target attainment, and overall operational capacity.
  • Cross-Functional Data Foundations: Partner with Marketing to optimize lead management and nurture journeys, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to establish single-source-of-truth data pipelines (including Salesforce integrations).

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Looker. You're comfortable owning analytics from data transformation through to delivering actionable insights.

 

  • You are commercially minded. Able to translate your analysis into impact and comfortable with opportunity sizing, forecasting and scenario modelling.
  • You have experience working in a high-growth B2B tech environment and have worked closely with commercial teams before.
  • You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish. You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen!
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round to your way of thinking. You should also be comfortable writing and maintaining clear and concise documentation.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • Experience working with sales and project management data in tools like Salesforce or similar.
  • Proficient in python’s various data transformation, visualisation and statistics libraries i.e. pandas, numpy , scipy and plotly
  • Experience working with payments or transactions data.
