Discover your exciting role
We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of Media Supply projects, ensuring achievement of contractual, financial, quality, and schedule objectives. The role serves as the primary interface to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary project teams while supporting business growth, project acquisition, and strategic objectives.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Media Supply projects, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of assigned project team members, including performance management, development, coaching, and resource planning.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Serve as the primary interface for customers, suppliers, and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, opportunities, change requests, claims, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to customers and management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Support business growth, project acquisition activities, and the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives.
- The position currently supports a key customer account and major project activities located in Berlin.
Show your expertise
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering, otherwise Technicial with a long working experience
- Project management methodologies
- Media Supply systems and infrastructure (process gases, chemicals, high-purity water, specialty systems)
- Engineering, construction, and commissioning processes
- Contract management and commercial project execution
- Cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira)
- Fluent in English
