Tufin’s Product Management team is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with customers, sales, R&D, solutions, business development, and marketing to ensure successful product releases, high customer satisfaction and growth.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of a key product domain within the Tufin Orchestration Suite. You will turn customer and market needs into product capabilities that help organizations gain visibility into their network security estate, automate policy changes, and stay continuously compliant – impacting the full product life cycle and helping shape the future of Tufin’s products with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own, manage, and communicate the product roadmap for your domain, based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Proactively engage with customers to effectively gather needs, use cases, and requirements.
  • Collect, prioritize, and internally communicate product requirements and features for current and future product releases.
  • Analyze business opportunities through customer, market, and competitive research to ensure market leadership and high business impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to align product priorities with common needs in the field.
  • Work closely with R&D teams and fellow product managers to define, plan, and track version content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new product capabilities.
  • Support marketing in creating sales enablement tools, product collateral, messaging briefs, and training, for impactful product launches and GTM success.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in your domain and represent it effectively through compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong background in networking or network security products, with an understanding of the cyber security industry.
  • Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations in English.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into valuable solutions.
  • An effective evangelist of product and technology to both internal and external audiences.
  • A self-motivated team player with a passion for problem-solving and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel (3-4 times a year).

Advantage:

  • A degree in engineering (computer networking, industrial engineering) or an MBA in Information Technology or a related field – a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in software development or software testing.
  • Experience with agile development (SCRUM).
