  • Type of contract : Permanent
  • Working Hour : Mon-Fri (09:00 - 18:00)

Purpose of The Role:

Responsible for existing and newly launch products by developing strategies that will develop value proposition with competitive advantages. Analysis business performance including revenue, OP, marketing KPIs and determine what strategies will be successful. Provide go-to market strategy, market intelligence and insight in collaboration with BD team to capture future opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in close collaboration with the commercial sales division and internal & external cross-functional teams, aligning with regional brand growth strategies.
  • Drive key business objectives including sales targets, net profit, demand forecasting, pricing, and budget management.
  • Contribute to expanding the company’s commercial presence and market share through the successful positioning and growth of our brand portfolio.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a deep understanding of marketing programs and take ownership of product/sales training.
  • Work closely with regional marketing team to align brand strategy.
  • Develop and enhance key customer relationship and partnership.
  • Provide go- to market strategy, market intelligence and insight in collaboration with business development team in healthcare industry.
  • Working on multiple topics concurrently with tight deadlines from current business and new BD projects.
  • Ensure all promotional activities are fully compliant.

Must-Have:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of marketing/sales experience in the ETC, with at least 3 years in a dedicated ETC marketing experience

  • Language : Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Skills : Proficient in MS PowerPoint and the analysis of market research data.
  • Personal :

- Results-driven mindset with strong strategic business planning and project management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a complex,fast-paced environment.

- High sense of urgency and ownership in executing tasks and managing responsibilities.

Advantage to Have:

  • Experience :

- Experience in new product launches and multi-channel marketing within the pharmaceutical(ETC) industry is preferred

- Experiences in OBGYN/Oncology therapeutic area is preferred
