What you will do

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in coordinating responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for information (RFIs) from institutional clients and investment consultants across EMEA.

This role will work closely with the RFP Team, Client Management, Sales, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions. This role is instrumental in supporting the growth of PGIM in the EMEA region.

What you can expect

  • Assist senior team members in managing a broad range of DDQ projects for institutional and wholesale clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate responses to DDQs and RFIs ensuring they reflect PGIM’s investment capabilities and EMEA-specific considerations.
  • Collaborate with EMEA-based Client Management, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure content is complete, compliant, and tailored to local market requirements.
  • Understand regional regulatory requirements (e.g. SFDR, MiFID II) and ensure responses align with EMEA-specific client expectations.
  • Track DDQ activity, coordinating deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support knowledge management by maintaining and updating key RFP databases, ensuring regional nuances are reflected in standard responses.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Relevant experience in RFP/DDQ writing, ideally within an asset management firm.
  • Understanding of institutional and wholesale client segments in Europe and EMEA markets.
  • Familiarity with RFP/DDQ database tools

  • Experience or familiarity with investment markets preferred, including public fixed income, private credit, equity, real estate.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to tailor responses to different client types and regulatory environments.
  • Project management skills with a focus on deadlines, accuracy, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
