Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard cycle times.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Perform line balancing studies to optimize workforce utilization.
- Determine manpower requirements based on production volume.
- Assess machine and production line capacity.
- Support new model launches and production ramp-ups.
- Monitor labor productivity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze material handling and inventory costs.
- Support cost-saving projects and productivity improvement programs.
- Improve material flow and workstation ergonomics.
- Support expansion and facility modification projects.
