As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be at the heart of our capital markets & investment sales support operations by providing expert financial & lease analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, you’re a problem solver who’s always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results.
In this role, you will…
- Perform complex real estate financial & investment analysis, primarily using ARGUS Enterprise and Microsoft Excel software, for the valuation & disposition of industrial and office properties and portfolios
- Operate and optimize sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow
- Perform lease, tenant, and property level financial analysis
- Have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP’s and new business pitches, as needed
- Collaborate with brokers, design & transaction staff, and client teams in the creation of accurate and compelling pitch books and offering memoranda
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy
- Explore integration of AI into the analysis process
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or otherwise have a high-level aptitude, in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related area
- 2-4+ years' experience in commercial real estate investments, debt capital markets, or property management
- Advanced proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise, and Microsoft Excel, with experience developing levered cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis

Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: $80,000 - $95,963
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Benefits Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
