Senior Business Analyst Consultant

ABOUT THE JOB

Do you thrive in the field between IT, data, and business? Can you optimize business processes/flows and define solutions and architecture for some of Scandinavia’s most ambitious manufactures, brands and retailers? Then it might be you, that we are looking for as a Senior Business Analyst for our PIM/Cloud Team.

As a Senior Business Analyst Consultant in our Product Information Management (PIM) team, you will play a key role in helping our customers optimize their data and processes by shaping solid strategies that bridge business needs with IT capabilities.

You will be part of a skilled consulting team that supports clients in defining and implementing PIM/DAM systems. Your work will involve data analysis, data modeling, and process design - always aligned with the customer’s strategy, requirements, and architecture.

Workdays and locations will vary depending on your projects. Some days you will be immersed in focused tasks while other days will revolve around collaboration - whether remotely or on-site with customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Advising and supporting customers in optimizing their product data setup.

• Technically configuring PIM/DAM systems to meet business needs.

• Analyzing data structures and business processes.

• Facilitating workshops to define and align requirements.

• Making and presenting solution design proposals.

• Consulting and educating customers on how to effectively use the solutions you helped set up.

• Automating data flows and processes, including AI-driven solutions.

• Preparing clear project documentation, including business requirements and IT architecture.

• Ensuring governance and driving best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and ready to grow. With a sharp analytical mindset, and a natural interest in connecting business and IT, you thrive on turning complexity into clarity.

We expect you to have experience with the BA role from a similar job, but what matters most is your drive and interest in data, digital processes, and creating value for customers.

Additionally, we expect you to bring

• A structured and analytical mindset with the ability to keep an overview without losing sight of important details

• Strong communication skills in Danish and English

• The ability to translate complex topics for various stakeholders

• A drive to learn and take initiative, and a proactive mindset toward solving problems

• The ability to build trust and strong relationships with both clients and colleagues

• A quality-conscious and ambitious approach to your work

• A preference for collaboration and an open, informal tone in your daily work

• A few years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, or project manager.

• Possibly a background such as cand.IT, cand.merc., ITKO, cand.merc. Information Management, ICT Engineering or similar.
