Responsibilities

Analyze production, sales, cost and operational performance trends

Develop and maintain business dashboards and management reports

Generate actionable insights using operational and financial data

Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities

Track key business metrics and recommend improvement actions

Coordinate with Production, SCM, Finance, Sales and Quality teams for data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech / B.Com / BBA with MBA (Finance, Operations, Analytics or equivalent)

4-8 Years

Copper, Metals, Manufacturing, Engineering, Process Industry

Business Analytics, MIS, Power BI, SAP, Data Modelling, KPI Management, Budgeting and Forecasting

Strong analytical capability with experience in manufacturing business performance reporting preferred.
