Technical Product Manager / 100% Onsite Required (Austin, TX)Initial Contract Duration: Through end of 2026About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager III to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of products that improve how business customers manage accounts, purchasing workflows, and payment processes.
  • This role is ideal for a product leader who has successfully delivered software products end-to-end, partners closely with engineering teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on customer experience, automation, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Identify customer pain points and business opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics.
  • Drive prioritization and product tradeoff decisions.

Product Development

  • Gather and translate business needs into detailed product requirements.
  • Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Own backlog prioritization, feature planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Manage product delivery from concept through launch.

Customer Focus

  • Conduct customer research and analyze feedback.
  • Identify user experience gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Use customer insights and data to guide product decisions.

Technical Leadership

  • Partner directly with engineering teams on technical solutions.
  • Participate in discussions involving architecture, integrations, and technology decisions.
  • Drive scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Delivery & Scaling

  • Launch new features and experiences.
  • Measure adoption and performance.
  • Iterate based on data and customer feedback.
  • Scale successful solutions across the business.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Program Management, Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Experience delivering software products from ideation through production.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps, requirements, and feature delivery.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience making product prioritization and tradeoff decisions.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
