Program Manager – New Product Launch
Overview The ICB organization is preparing to launch a transformative new product, requiring the orchestration of multiple technology teams, vendor partnerships, and compliance with rigorous regulatory standards. This initiative is central to the organization’s strategic growth and demands an experienced Program Manager (PM) with strong technical expertise and a track record of successfully delivering complex product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Roadmap Development
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine a comprehensive launch roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees and working groups.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between ICB, Product, Platform, Risk & Controls teams, vendors, and other critical stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the product launch lifecycle.
Oversight & Solution Assurance
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to validate solution designs and integration approaches.
- Ensure all technical deliverables meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks related to new product enablement
- Review risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and escalation protocols
Execution Excellence & Delivery Management
- Drive the end-to-end execution of the product launch, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the program team.
Reporting & Senior Management Updates
- Prepare and deliver regular program status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation and audit trails.
