Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Business Analyst - Content & Community to join our team for Sportsbook & Trading in Prague.

Business Analysts combine strong knowledge of business operations, market dynamics, and software development with expertise in Content & Community products such as notifications, forums, live chat, ticket arena, news, analyses, and free-to-play games.

Their primary responsibility is to understand the real business need behind requests, identify impacts across domains, assess risks, and recommend the most effective solutions. They maintain and document the current state of their domain (AS-IS), including player journeys, processes, and business rules using tools such as BPMN and UML.

They actively support agile delivery through refinements, PI planning, and retrospectives, while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Owners during discovery and prioritization. Their value lies in analyzing complex problems, proposing business solutions, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Act as collaborative partners for Product Managers or Product Owners, actively contributing during the discovery phase to introduce new items for consideration and assisting in the prioritization process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Collaborating with diverse roles (POs, BAs, Architects, DEVs, Q&As).

• Knowledge keeper of the Content & Community business domain (notifications, forum, live chat, ticket arena, news/analyses, tipster game, etc).

• Taking responsibility for accurate, comprehensive, and timely analytical outputs in Portfolio Epics and assigned Features.

• Actively participating in refinements and other SAFE ceremonies.

• Ensuring up-to-date documentation of entrusted business area.

• Supporting development and testing phases through consultations with developers and testers.

• Contributing to the enhancement of analytical competence in the BA community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master University degree, IT/economical background

• Fluent English

• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking

• At least 2 years of experience with business requirements definition

• Technical background & experience with development advantageous

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Claude Cowork

• Data analysis experience advantageous

• Communication and presentation skills

• Very strong ability to work collaboratively across functions and different teams.

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research

• User centric approach and trends in UI/UX beneficial, particularly for community and social features

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Enterprise architect advantageous.

• Online betting and Gaming experience is preferable; familiarity with engagement/retention mechanics, notification systems, or community platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile principles, SAFe practices, and the software development lifecycle.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing tools and techniques for requirement management and documentation.
