The Campaign Testing Analyst 1 (Associate) will be responsible for developing and maintaining test scenarios, test plan, test cases used for testing within Card marketing validation team. This team is tasked with analyzing credit card marketing campaign assets (online or offline), such as direct mail, online ads, emails, and microsites, to ensure both individual asset quality and overall campaign quality before they reach Chase Card customers. This position is part of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
As a Business UAT Analyst within the Card Marketing Validation team, you will collaborate with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal, Compliance, and Controls teams to deliver marketing materials that are accurate, compliant, and functional to customers and prospects consistently.
Job Responsibilities:
- This team member will have the primary role for development of testing strategies including creating testing plans and scenarios, preparing test cases, conducting testing and reviewing results for final campaign manager sign-off.
- Interact with campaign management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives
- Develop and lead the test strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform testing cycles both manual and using automation
- Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation – job aids/procedures to assure quality of the test suites to be developed
- Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
- Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures associated with the testing standards and used by Card marketing validation team
- Support during production deployment of campaigns and perform “validation testing” during the off-hours/weekend release windows
- Have a keen eye to identify process gaps and lean down processes
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites with strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Experience in execution of automated test suites.
- Hands–on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models.
- Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool with data extraction and data promoten insights for process efficiencies.
