The Opportunity
As a Tax Innovation - Data and Analytics Engineering - Manager, you will lead the development of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling and prompt engineering, transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive business growth. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients, enabling informed decision-making.
As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and validate successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions, including analytical modeling and prompt engineering - Designing, testing, and maintaining AI architectures to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients - Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth - Utilizing Azure AI Services and Python programming to enhance data solutions and analytics capabilities - Implementing machine learning and natural language processing techniques to optimize data analysis processes - Orchestrating agent-based systems and leveraging LangChain and LangGraph for advanced data management - Conducting LLM evaluation and applying LLMOps to improve AI model performance and reliability - Engaging in context engineering and retrieval-augmented generation to refine data retrieval methods - Managing vector databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval operations - Mentoring team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and encouraging innovation in AI projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
