Purpose of the Role
LifeLabs is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our digital products and data services. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital Services, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, delivering customer-focused solutions that support LifeLabs' business objectives and enhance the digital healthcare experience.
In this role, you will leverage customer insights, market trends, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver innovative products and features. Working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams, you will lead complex initiatives from concept to launch, balancing customer needs, business goals, and speed-to-market. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong problem solver, and collaborative leader who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building products that create meaningful customer and business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the product feature roadmap by identifying user needs, market opportunities, and innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and differentiate LifeLabs.
- Define user personas, map customer journeys, and use data-driven insights to prioritize and deliver impactful features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to develop, test, launch, and optimize new products and features.
- Create clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics while ensuring scalability, security, and quality standards are met.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through growth initiatives, targeted campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies, including pricing models and monetization opportunities that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, managing priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and execution to deliver measurable business results.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate on features to maximize customer value, adoption, and revenue growth.
What You'll Bring:
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field; CPM, CSPO, or similar certification is an asset.
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale product initiatives, including multi-million-dollar projects and successful product launches.
- Strong product management expertise with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of driving user adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and challenge the status quo.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with strengths in project management, service design, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen, including experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and multi-year financial forecasts.
- Knowledge of healthcare or health technology environments, including areas such as diagnostics, patient experience, wellness, wearables, or AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering inclusive and collaborative partnerships.

Salary range: $96,255- $122,727 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
