As a Business Analyst within the Performance, Reporting, & Insights (PRI) Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting data analysis, automation, and process documentation. You will work closely with team members to manage the Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Your ability to collaborate, manage stress, and maintain strong working relationships will be key to your success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for efficient data processing.

• Create insightful data visualizations to support decision-making.

• Automate processes using VBS, VBA, SQL, Python, and Ui-Path.

• Document and manage processes using Confluence and SharePoint.

• Confidently address stakeholders' data and reporting inquiries.

• Operate within an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.

• Conduct process audits and draft Business Requirement Documents.

• Define project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Ensure data privacy compliance and manage data access.

• Extract and transform data from platforms like Salesforce and Redshift.

• Present analytical reports and insights to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, VBS, VBA, Ui-Path, Batch, Tableau, Google Looker.

• Experience with Jira & Confluence

• Core Designer Certification in Alteryx.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in fast-paced professional environments, ideally within technology or FinTech.

• Advanced Excel Skills.

• Strong Data Visualization Skills.
