Role: Software Developer - Node.js / Java Developer

Employment: Contract - Inside IR35

Location: Krakow,PL - Hybrid

  • Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java
  • Relational database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL (data modelling, query optimisation)
  • Web UI development experience (modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks)
  • Agentic application engineering knowledge, including orchestration of autonomous AI agents
  • Integration pattern expertise (e.g., MCP, tool/function calling, API design)
  • Production engineering mindset (security, resilience, performance, observability, automated testing)
  • Solution design and architecture skills for internal platforms and tooling

Strong English communication skills and stakeholder collaboration in a global environment
