  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from client stakeholders, project partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and actionable development deliverables.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement and readiness activities, ensuring upcoming work is sufficiently defined and validated for efficient implementation.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment throughout delivery.
  • Support end-to-end project management by tracking scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate activities across client teams, external agencies, and internal delivery functions, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, governance activities, and delivery reviews.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, driving mitigation, escalation, and resolution to keep projects moving forward.
  • Monitor delivery progress and help ensure commitments are achieved on time and within agreed parameters.
  • Act as a key liaison between business, creative, and technical teams, creating transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, backlog reviews, and stakeholder meetings to drive decisions and maintain momentum.
  • Balance product ownership and project delivery responsibilities within a lean, integrated team structure.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, outcome-focused culture built around continuous improvement and effective delivery.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to improve requirements management, planning, documentation, analysis, and overall delivery effectiveness.

  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within digital product, technology, or experience-focused environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, backlog management, and modern delivery practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operational detail, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, discussions, and alignment sessions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to create clarity, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum across complex projects.
  • AI-native mindset or demonstrated willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, planning, documentation, and delivery outcomes.
  • Commitment to experimentation, continuous learning, and modern ways of working.
