Job Description

- Respond promptly following processes to alerts on the monitoring tools; 

- Troubleshooting security alerts, researching specific solutions and deliver solutions. 

- Managing security changes in accordance with any required change management process. 

- The ability to handle, track, review, and orchestrate the tickets received.

- Be able to prioritize tasks in accordance with SLAs. 

- Work with team to identify service improvements to process and procedure. 

- Proactively identify, own, and escalate any issue or problem that could impact the services. 

- The ability to quickly engage InfoSec challenges

Qualifications

- Experience working on Security Operations Center(SOC) or equivalent technical training in the area; 

- Knowledge of security monitoring tools(ex: DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, etc); 

- Knowledge and experience of network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN network technologies; 

- Knowledge in the following network technologies TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS; 

- Ability to work effectively in a team; 

- Willingness and ability to learn new products and network/security technologies quickly, often without the focus of formalized training; 

- Be able to communicate about networking/security issues effectively and in a comprehensible manner both externally and internally.
