abra's Salesforce division is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team for a temporary position.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will plan and manage complex Salesforce system projects. This role requires expertise and experience in understanding business processes and translating them into development and implementation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining business requirements with organizational clients and translating them into technical specifications for execution.
- End-to-end management of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Coordinating and managing the relationship between business users and development and implementation teams.
- Overseeing the quality of implemented solutions in the system and ensuring their alignment with organizational needs.
- Guiding implementation processes and training for new features in the system.
Requirements
Must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects in complex and large-scale systems.
- Ability to define business requirements and translate them into technical tasks for developers and implementers (non-Hands-on).
- Deep cross-functional understanding of business processes and data architecture in Salesforce.
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces in a global and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to engage teams and clients.
- Ability to formulate and present complex processes clearly and simply.
- Precision, attention to detail, and strong ability to manage schedules and priorities.
Nice to have:
- Mental flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
- Prior work experience in FinTech companies.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator or Consultant).
