  • Product idea creation, definition and validation – research/assess market size, customer appetite, etc.
  • Build, own and maintain the roadmap for your portfolio, framed around outcomes; communicate it, with the evidence behind it, to internal and external stakeholders to build insight, buy-in and engagement.
  • Test riskiest assumptions early through customer conversations, prototypes, experiments and product data, before we commit engineering effort. Use research and evidence to tell whether we are moving in the right direction, not just whether we are moving.
  • Define the success metrics for a piece of work before we build it. Own the KPIs for your portfolio, connect them to our company OKRs, and report transparently.
  • Owning product definition as well as discovery – building the PRDs, initiatives and user stories the product engineering teams will deliver against.
  • Using AI to accelerate drafting and refining product requirements, synthesising research and tracking competitors – so more of your time goes on customers and decisions.
  • Working with the Commercial team to devising/refine go to market plans, commercial models and fee structures for new/enhanced products.
  • Supporting the Commercial team with RFPs, product insights informing the sales process, customer calls etc.
  • Build a deep understanding of airline and airport operations, industry trends and emerging technology, including where AI changes what is possible for our customers.
  • Creation and maintenance of commercially successful products aligned with 15below’s vision and strategy.
  • Creation and maintenance of products which improve our customers’ ability to engage with their passengers.
  • New airlines won where your portfolio was a reason they chose 15below over a competitor.
  • Existing customers doing more with what they already have, with usage and revenue growing inside accounts.
  • Engineering has a clear enough problem in front of them to build the right thing first time, and a visible trail of ideas we tested with customers and the value created.
  • 5+ years’ experience as Product Manager in B2B enterprise SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills aligned to audience needs.
  • Experience of working with international clients.
  • Highly collaborative and excellent at forming strong working relationships.

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Data driven and comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative evidence.
  • Experienced in setting KPIs, working to OKRs, and comfortable being measured by them.
