Your future role at a glance
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Facility: Ascension St. Vincent Hospital (86th St)
Department: Finance Ministry-wide Function
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

How you'll make an impact in this role
- Perform analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information. Perform statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources.
- Prepare reports based on findings, including health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue and profitability.
- Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Perform special projects and duties as assigned, including research, forecasting and exploring viable alternatives.
- Assist with all accounting, financial reporting, portfolio reporting and valuation activities.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Accountant preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Bachelors in a Finance/Accounting related field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience
