CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineering Test Manager / UAT Lead position for our client.
Location: Piscataway, NJ Duration: 12 months
Duties:
- Lead end-to-end testing and UAT activities across the project lifecycle.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
- Coordinate testing across business users, QA/testing teams, developers, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Manage testing scope, quality, schedule, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure testing aligns with project requirements, business objectives, and client expectations.

- Strong defect management and stakeholder communication experience.
- Experience managing testing delivery, risks, quality, scope, and schedules.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
