QA Automação - Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA Automação - Sênior based in Brazil.

In this role, you will contribute to digital products running in production across mobile and web environments within a fast-paced financial ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering squads to ensure high-quality releases, reliable functionality, and reduced regression risk. The position involves building and maintaining automated testing practices across applications developed with React Native, React, and Vue.js. You will participate throughout the development lifecycle, from technical refinement and implementation through code reviews and releases. Your work will have a direct impact on product stability, performance, and the experience of thousands of active users. You will also have autonomy to identify quality improvements, strengthen testing strategies, and influence technical decisions. Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve quality assurance and automated testing practices for mobile and web products built with React Native, React, and Vue.js.

• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to technical refinement, implementation, code reviews, testing, and releases.

• Create and maintain unit and automated tests using Jest and Testing Library, ensuring appropriate coverage of critical application flows.

• Support quality and reliability across both iOS and Android mobile applications as well as web interfaces.

• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions within the squad, promoting scalable and maintainable quality practices.

• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, application quality, and development workflows while helping reduce technical debt.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and distributed teams to promote consistent engineering and quality standards.

• Help ensure continuous delivery with a strong focus on product stability, performance, and minimizing regression risks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience working with React Native and/or React in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics, and development best practices.

• Hands-on experience with unit testing using Jest and Testing Library.

• Solid knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and state management.

• Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.

• Ability to work effectively across both mobile and web projects.

• Experience with Vue.js, particularly the Composition API, is a plus.

• Previous experience in fintech or financial platforms is desirable.

• Knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID principles applied to frontend development.

• Familiarity with Firebase, including Remote Config and Realtime Database, is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for mobile and web applications is desirable.

• Familiarity with Package-by-Feature / Feature-Based Architecture is an advantage.
