Senior Project Manager - Energy

After more than a decade delivering civil infrastructure across Australia, BildGroup is making a deliberate move into energy and renewables - and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us do it.

This is a genuine ground-floor role. You'll start embedded in Melbourne, working alongside our estimating team to price and shape a growing pipeline of energy tenders. As we win work, you'll stand up and run those projects, build your team, and grow into leading the business. It's a role with real autonomy, real scope, and a clear path to something bigger.

What we're looking for:

• Senior experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects — energy or renewables sector experience (substations, wind, solar, BESS, terminal stations) highly regarded
• Proven bid, tender, or estimating experience — or a strong track record and genuine appetite to build it
• Strong commercial acumen and solid contract knowledge across variations, claims, and tender alignment
• Proven leadership and the ability to build high-performing teams and strong client relationships
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent; MIEAust well regarded
• Willingness to travel interstate and work FIFO/DIDO as projects are secured — this is a firm requirement of the role
