Job Summary:
The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for adapting national campaigns and creating market-specific creative assets that support territory initiatives, retailer partnerships, field marketing programs, and state-level opportunities. This role partners closely with State Execution, Sales, Field Marketing, and National Creative teams to deliver compelling creative solutions that align with brand standards while addressing regional business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative designer with strong creative execution skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Duties/Responsibilities:
Creative Execution
- Adapt national marketing campaigns for state-specific initiatives, promotions, activations, and retailer partnerships.
- Develop creative assets that support territory-specific opportunities while maintaining campaign consistency and brand integrity.
- Expand and localize existing campaign creative to meet market needs without compromising established brand standards.
- Ensure all creative materials comply with applicable regulations, compliance requirements, and company guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all territory-level creative requests.
- Create visually compelling materials that support marketing, sales, and field activation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with State Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, and National Creative teams to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions that drive results.
- Participate in project planning sessions, creative reviews, and execution meetings.
- Support retailer-specific opportunities, local market activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Project Management & Organization
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Organize and maintain creative files, templates, design libraries, and working assets.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve creative processes and workflow efficiencies.
- Stay current on market trends, compliance requirements, and territory-specific considerations affecting creative execution.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of branding, campaign execution, and creative adaptation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
Preferred
- Experience supporting retail marketing, promotional campaigns, and field marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with highly regulated industries and compliance-based creative development.
- Experience working with multi-state or regional marketing programs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative development.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Capable of repetitive hand and arm motions as well as extended periods of typing.
- Capable of looking at a screen for extended periods or entire shifts.
Work Schedule (Exempt):
This is a full-time, exempt position. The role requires flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet business needs, which may include extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Work schedules and expectations may be adjusted based on operational priorities and organizational demands.
