What we’re looking for
Enterprise and mid-market companies run complex organizations and they expect the software they buy to handle that complexity. SurveyMonkey’s admin and user management experience is a key part of that promise.
We are hiring a PM to own this surface. You will start with discovery to understand what our enterprise and mid-market customers actually need, where current gaps are costing us, and what a great admin experience looks like. Then you will build toward it in partnership with a Senior PM who will set direction and help you grow. This is a good role for a PM with 3-5 years of experience who wants to go deep on a real customer problem with real organizational stakes.
What you’ll be working on
- Lead discovery on user management and admin experience for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Partner with a Senior PM to translate customer research, support data, and sales input into a prioritized roadmap for the user onboarding, survey administration and management and collaboration in multi-user groups.
- Define what the ideal admin UX looks like for organizations running SurveyMonkey at scale
- Develop detailed product requirements, roll-out plans and help build effective GTM (go to market) plans for your products
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to move from insight to shipped product
We’d love to hear from people with
- 3-5 years in product management
- B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Experience working on Role based permissions, platform initiatives across enterprise security, identity and access management preferred
- Comfort with open-ended discovery to find the real problems, not just the loudest request
- Strong instincts for what matters to enterprise buyers and admins, not just end users
- Collaborative working style, showcasing that you are ready to own a surface and grow
- Strong business judgement and decision making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, make tradeoffs and get alignment around highest impact initiatives.
SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from our Amsterdam office up to 1 day per week.
