WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of our Portfolio Analysis solutions used by leading investment managers around the world. You will work closely with software engineers, product owners, and fellow quality engineers to drive a culture of continuous quality improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who combines solid exploratory testing skills with a genuine interest in automation, engineering excellence, and improving how teams build software.
You will join the Product Division within Front Office Portfolio Analysis and collaborate with colleagues across multiple global locations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Drive quality practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for APIs, backend services, and user workflows.
- Perform risk-based exploratory testing of new functionality and complex business scenarios.
- Partner with developers and product owners to define clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to quality strategies, test approaches, and release readiness activities.
- Continuously improve automated regression coverage and test reliability.
- Support quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze production issues and identify opportunities to improve product quality and testability.
- Help promote engineering best practices related to testing, automation, and quality.
- Contribute to internal tools and frameworks using C#.
WHAT WE VALUE
Professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software testing.
- Experience designing and maintaining automated test solutions.
- Solid understanding of modern software testing principles and quality practices.
- Experience testing APIs and distributed systems.

Technical skills
Experience in several of the following areas:
- Test automation frameworks.
- API testing and automation.

- Source control systems such as Git.
- Test strategy and risk-based testing.
- C# or other object-oriented programming languages.
- SQL and data validation.
- Performance, reliability, or other non-functional testing.
Domain knowledge
- Financial services knowledge through education or practical experience is highly valued.
- Understanding of investment management, portfolio management, or financial analytics is considered a plus.
