Senior Business Analyst

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst :

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current (As-Is) business processes, workflows, and system functionalities to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, assess, and translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear specifications for IT solutions and developments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, detailed requirements, test cases, and other project deliverables.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare, execute, and document tests to ensure application quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain application and functional documentation, user guides, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood, implemented, and validated.
• Support change management and knowledge transfer activities by providing clear documentation and end-user guidance.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering field plus 5 years of relevant experience in the role
• Business Analysis background within banking or financial IT environments and understanding of financial products, including loans.
• Proven ability to analyze and design As-Is / To-Be business processes.
• Hands-on involvement in application testing in the financial field, including the preparation of user manuals.
• Knowledge of UML, SQL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience as a Project Manager, leading projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Certification in Agile and business analysis methodologies (e.g. PSPO II, CBAP) will considered as an asset
• Business analyst experience in IT migration projects from old to new systems is an advantage.
• Very good command of English (minimum C1 level), good knowledge of French is an asset.

This role is an on - site opportunity in Luxembourg.
