Role: Production Support / Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide production and application support for Medicaid systems.
- Perform real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Support MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems.
- Manage production deployments and operational readiness.
- Use Splunk and SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Develop SOPs and drive automation/continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business teams.
Experience:
- Overall: 8+ years in Production/Application Support or IT Operations.
- US Experience: 3+ years preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate:
Senior Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IBM DataPower, IIB, MOVEit, SQL, Splunk, Linux, and incident/RCA management.
