Within Circular Lifetime Solutions, the Circular Solutions Marketing & Strategy team drives the strategy, portfolio development, product marketing, and market activation of Circular Equipment propositions across businesses and regions. The team plays a key role in unlocking the commercial value of circularity by maximizing value regeneration from returned medical equipment.

You are responsible for

As a Product Marketing Manager Circular Solutions & IGT-Systems, you will be responsible for accelerating & unlocking the value of circularity by:

  • Product management of the IGT-Systems Circular Equipment portfolio across IGT-Fixed and IGT-Mobile Surgery including managing portfolio lifecycle activities, catalogue maintenance, pricing updates, and product introductions.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and go-to-market activities with Product Management, Marketing, and Market Activation teams.
  • Analyse portfolio performance, market opportunities, customer insights, and installed base replacement opportunities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, marketing content, customer stories, and training resources to support commercial growth.
  • Support internal and external communications, events, newsletters, and awareness-building activities for Circular Equipment.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate adoption of Circular Solutions globally.

You are part of the CLS Circular Solutions Marketing & Strategy Team.

Within Circular Lifetime Solutions, this team drives strategy, upstream and downstream marketing, business development, and activation across regions and businesses, with a focus on Diagnostic Imaging, Image Guided Therapy, and Ultrasound. The team acts as an accelerator for unlocking the commercial value of circularity by supporting Installed Base replacement opportunities, market activation, portfolio development, customer engagement, and value proposition creation.

You will work closely with the Circular Solutions Product Managers, IGT-Fixed and IGT-Mobile Surgery stakeholders, Marketing & Communications, Market Activation, Trade-In, Factory, IGT-S Business Unit, Regions, Sustainability, Brand, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, communications, project management, or a similar business role.
  • Strong business acumen with an interest in circularity, refurbishment, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting portfolio management, product introductions, pricing, catalogue management, and lifecycle activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Ability to gather customer and sales insights and turn them into actionable recommendations and commercial support materials.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and organized, with the ability to work effectively across a global matrix organization.

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 61,185.00 –€ 101.975.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% bonus/incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
