Role Purpose
This role is responsible for leading the integrated management of projects and operational delivery within complex learning and training engagements.
Acting as the central point of governance, planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment, the Project Manager ensures predictable delivery, quality outcomes, operational excellence, and strong client satisfaction across multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary squads.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and oversee the project portfolio, consolidating priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and delivery outcomes across multiple squads and initiatives.
- Ensure governance frameworks support visibility, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Integrate Learning Solutions, Technology, Digital Production, Content Development, Creative Services, Audiovisual Production, Application, Logistics, BI, and other shared services teams.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, planning, and execution.
- Lead governance meetings with clients and internal leadership, presenting project progress, KPIs, risks, decisions, and action plans.
- Partner closely with Account Management to align expectations, monitor client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and operational performance metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to anticipate trends, mitigate risks, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to assess capacity requirements, workforce planning needs, specialized resource demands, and operational constraints.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery, quality, or timelines.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, delivery planning, dependency management, and escalation processes.
- Lead and develop Product Owners, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and professional development support.
- Promote strong collaboration across coordination teams, Product Owners, and squads.
- Build a culture of transparency, accountability, autonomy, and results-oriented execution while effectively influencing without direct authority in a matrix environment.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Capability
- Degree qualified in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Education, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, programs, or operations, ideally within consulting, corporate learning, training and development, or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in matrixed and multidisciplinary organizations.
Technical Strength
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, portfolio management, prioritization frameworks, backlog management, capacity planning, risk management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Experience conducting executive governance meetings and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools; experience with Monday.com is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge preferred.
- Experience in corporate education or learning operations environments is highly valued.
- English is desirable.
