THE ROLE Xsolla is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (middle to senior level) to join our Global Marketing Team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will work on the FinTech suite of products and solutions, reporting to the Head of FinTech Product Marketing. You will work directly with product teams to build positioning that resonates with the target audience and develop go-to-market strategies to drive growth during this coverage period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, partner surveys, customer interviews, and competitor research to make informed decisions about product positioning and influence product strategy.

• Positioning & Messaging: Work closely with business heads, SMEs, and product teams to identify product-market fit and build messaging that resonates with the target audience.

• GTM Strategy: Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies that coincide with product goals and business objectives.

• Campaign Execution: Create strong marketing briefs for integrated marketing teams, production teams, and external agencies.

• Content Creation: Develop various content assets, including pitch decks, emails, ebooks, blogs, one-pagers, booklets, videos, and landing pages.

• Performance Marketing: Launch paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

• Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, educational content, and product demos to help business development and account management teams grow their product expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS Requirements:

• English Proficiency: Excellent written and presentation skills in English (B2 level or above).

• Experience: 3+ years of product marketing experience (B2B or B2C) in the fintech industry.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, PR, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Track Record: Proven success in B2B marketing campaigns in fintech/gaming with clear metrics to measure effectiveness.

• Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing to meet deadlines.

• Tools: Proficiency with G-suite, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and other project management tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in the video game industry (B2B or B2C).

• Experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
