Job Summary
The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Senior Product Manager with the Home Services Group Warranty team.
Are you passionate about solving customer problems? A maven of all things product and design? Do you thrive on making a cross functional impact? Porch Group is looking for a seasoned, customer-centric Senior Product Manager to lead our user experiences across the Porch Warranty division. Your job will be first and foremost to define and build an industry-leading consumer experience for our DTC and B2B marketplace for our home warranty products. You’ll be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of warranty products that delight our customers. In addition, you’ll be responsible for user experience and tools, our customer service user experience and tools, and other internal tools and data that drive our business. Finally, you’ll be an integral part of the team, working with Marketing and your cross-functional peers to drive group-wide initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of success in driving products that exceed ROI, building and managing websites for Direct to consumer and B2B e-commerce, and selling products and services at a large scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, management, and e-commerce with a passion for driving business growth.
What You Will Do As A Senior Product Manager
- Develop and implement product strategies and plans that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities, define product requirements, and prioritize product roadmap.
- Drive product development from ideation to launch, including managing product development, testing, and launch processes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve product offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Manage external software partners to ensure seamless integration and expansion of product offerings.
- Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality products within budget and on time.
- Manage key third-party platform vendor relationship.
- Work with your team to build a clear overall product vision, strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and initiatives that get translated into an annual and quarterly roadmap
- Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and re-engagement
- Develop an intimate knowledge of customer needs and pain points, competitive benchmarking, market trends and drivers, and formulate and execute strategic product portfolio planning (Build / Buy / Partner strategies)
- Develop a culture of test and learn to continuously improve the customer experience, while measuring the impact of each feature launched
- Develop a culture of customer centricity and design thinking to build features that delight customers, meet their needs, and grow the business
- Work with your team to lead key strategic cross functional programs to successful completion
- Operate autonomously; drive programs end to end including business goals, technical solution, launch planning and execution
- Actively build relationships cross functionally and evangelize the product and UX vision within the organization
- Conduct customer research and use data to drive the development and prioritization of new products and product improvements.
- Transform strategic thinking into executable initiatives that align with organizational goals and company roadmap
What You Will Bring As A Senior Product Manager
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, and website development.
- Proven track record of driving product success, exceeding ROI goals, and delivering products at a large scale.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate has experience working on products in the home insurance or home warranties industries.
- Bonus if the candidate has experience selecting and managing third-party software platform vendors, making buy versus build decisions, and defining requirements that get successfully implemented by external partners.

- Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap.
- Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks)
4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm- 11:30pm IST) 4 flexible hours (IST)
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: ₹40,50,000 – ₹56,70,000 INR Annually
