Senior Manager, Product Senior Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Senior Management based in India.

This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping the shared technology platforms that enable global mobility products and services.You will define and execute a platform product strategy spanning scalability, reliability, security, developer experience, and AI-enabled innovation.Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Product teams, you will turn complex technical needs into high-impact platform capabilities.The role combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on product delivery, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership.You will help evolve APIs, integrations, identity services, workflow orchestration, data platforms, developer tooling, and intelligent automation.Your work will enable multiple product teams to innovate faster while improving consistency, adoption, and technology standards across the organization.This opportunity is ideal for a technically minded product leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys creating platforms that scale.

Accountabilities:

• Define and own the platform product roadmap, ensuring close alignment with business objectives, technology strategy, and long-term platform vision.

• Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, security, developer experience, and operational efficiency.

• Prioritize platform investments by balancing business value, engineering requirements, customer outcomes, and evolving organizational priorities.

• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.

• Manage and prioritize the platform backlog, supporting Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams.

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, proactively identify delivery risks, and manage technical and business trade-offs.

• Monitor platform performance and continuously improve capabilities based on stakeholder feedback, usage data, and business needs.

• Lead the evolution and adoption of shared platform capabilities, including APIs and integrations, identity and access management, workflow orchestration, data services, analytics, developer tooling, and platform services.

• Drive the development of AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation that improve productivity and customer experiences.

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Product teams to deliver strategic platform initiatives.

• Build alignment among technical and business stakeholders and drive adoption of shared platform services and engineering standards.

• Communicate platform strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Improve developer productivity and delivery velocity by identifying opportunities to standardize and enhance shared technology capabilities.

• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term product delivery priorities and changing business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience within software, platform, enterprise technology, or related environments.

• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to develop and deliver technical products and shared platform services.

• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, integrations, and modern software development practices.

• Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex technical and business challenges.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working in Agile product development and delivery environments.

• Experience managing platform products, developer platforms, or shared technology services is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies is advantageous.

• Experience with AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or emerging technology capabilities is a plus.

• Experience working in enterprise software or regulated environments is beneficial.

• An MBA or master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams while maintaining a clear focus on product outcomes, platform adoption, and business value.
