Role

As the Team Manager - Production Engineering (BPA) you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Section Head - Production Engineering (BPA)

The Purpose of your role will be to plan & develop process engineering to ensure right operational support in Battery Pack Assembly in terms of Arranging required infra support, process support, safety support in order to meet market demand at optimum manufacturing cost.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1) Manage battery pack assembly for New Line installation, new model production to timely launch & to meet market demand

2) Battery Pack line Capacity for the production as per the model mix to meet Central planning requirement

3) Execution of Capex & Improvement Projects to achieve the Projects saving

4) Execute the IDTL procurement and monitoring its cost at plant level.

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ B.Tech ( Mechanical/Electrical) 4 to 7 years of experience in battery pack Manufacturing Engg/Projects

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1) Knowledge of Systems (MOST, TPM, IMS, 5S, DWM Practices)

2) Knowledge of new model requirement & fixing product related issues

3) Knowledge of assembly line process

4) Technical knowledge of Battery, its functioning & its manufacturing process

5) Manpower deployment & Management

6) Good Communication with IR Handling skills

7) MS office, PPT & SAP

8) Project Handling
