Full description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer (10+ years) with deep expertise in Core Java, multithreading, and modern Java features. The candidate will play a key role in designing scalable systems, optimizing performance, and driving best practices across development and CI/CD processes. Exposure to low-level communication and hardware integration will be an added advantage

Core Competencies:

  • Core Java: Strong proficiency in object‑oriented programming, data structures, exception handling, collections framework, and JVM fundamentals.
  • Multithreading & Concurrency: Hands‑on experience implementing thread management, synchronization, concurrent utilities, executor frameworks, and performance‑optimized parallel processing.
  • Java 8+: Expertise in lambda expressions, streams API, functional interfaces, method references, Optional, date‑time API, and other modern language enhancements.

Database & Build/DevOps Tools:

  • MySQL: Practical experience with schema design, SQL queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • GitHub Actions: Knowledge of creating CI/CD workflows, automated builds, testing pipelines, and deployment configurations.
  • Jenkins: Experience configuring jobs, pipelines (Freestyle & Pipeline), build automation, and continuous integration.
  • Ant Build: Familiarity with build scripts, automation tasks, dependency management, and integration in CI environments.

Additional / Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Serial Communication: Understanding of COM port communication, command‑response protocols, and interfacing Java applications with external hardware.
  • Firmware Knowledge: Basic understanding of embedded systems, firmware updates, device communication protocols, and hardware integration concepts.
  • Hexadecimal Conversion: Ability to work with byte‑level data, hex parsing, encoding/decoding routines, and debugging low‑level communication streams.

Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech – Computers/Electronics
  • Must have hands on experience on Java, SDK, Multi threading
  • Must have good exposure in Agile methodologies
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to translate requirement into executable code
  • Team player leading development team and responsible for deliverables
