In this role, you will shape customer success, drive revenue growth, and strengthen Valmet’s market position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow product sales for performance parts (spare parts and consumables) across EE area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management.
Expectations:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial or process industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel (more than 50% of time) within Eastern Europe and driving license
- Fluent in English and Polish (German/other EE languages is advantage)
- Solid understanding of paper process technologies and customer needs.
