The Role:
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer to join our Womenswear team, working across both Perri Cutten and Cable. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a passion for fashion, digital content and visual storytelling to make their mark across two iconic Australian womenswear brands, creating engaging campaigns and customer experiences that bring each brand to life.
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design and execution of creative assets across eCommerce, EDMs, social media, digital advertising, visual merchandising, in-store marketing and brand communications. Working closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product and Creative teams, you will play a key role in bringing seasonal campaigns and brand stories to life across multiple customer touchpoints.
This is a part-time opportunity, working approximately 22-24 hours per week. We offer flexibility in how these hours are worked, whether across three full days or shorter days spread across five days.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Create engaging creative assets for Perri Cutten and Cable across EDMs, websites, social media, digital advertising, catalogues, packaging, VM collateral and in-store POS
- Roll out seasonal campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining consistency with each brand's unique identity
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Support the management and maintenance of the digital image library and photography assets.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to brief
- Contribute innovative creative concepts that drive customer engagement and elevate brand awareness
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies and best practice
You will have:
- 3-5 years' experience in a Graphic Design role within retail, fashion, ecommerce, marketing or a creative agency
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience designing for digital channels including EDMs, websites and social media platforms
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
- Video editing and content creation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
