ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and modern cloud data platforms.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Azure Databricks

PySpark & SQL

dbt

Apache Airflow

Azure Data Lake

Medallion Architecture – Bronze/Silver/Gold

Data Modelling – Star & Snowflake Schemas

CI/CD, GitHub / Azure DevOps

Data Quality & Governance

Analytics, Reporting & AI/ML Data Platforms

Databricks Certification – Mandatory

Hands-on dbt experience – Mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure.
  • Build and optimize data solutions using Databricks and PySpark.
  • Implement Medallion Architecture for efficient data processing.
  • Develop robust workflows using Airflow and dbt.
  • Create efficient data models for analytics and reporting.
  • Follow CI/CD, governance, and data quality best practices.

Ideal Candidate: 5–8 years of relevant Azure Data Engineering experience with strong Databricks, PySpark, SQL, dbt and Airflow expertise.
