What You Will Be Doing

  • Review and correct data records and transactions in Salesforce.
  • Perform manual data quality checks and identify inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
  • Update and maintain records according to established business rules and data standards.
  • Validate data accuracy before and after making corrections.
  • Follow standardized processes and documentation when performing data corrections.
  • Track issues and ensure corrections are completed accurately and in an organized manner.
  • Support the centralization of data correction and data maintenance activities within the team.
  • Work with large volumes of data while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Use Excel to review, compare, calculate, and validate information.
  • Learn and follow internal systems, workflows, and Salesforce processes as needed.

What You Will Likely Bring

  • 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated with Data validation, Data cleansing and Data reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database query languages
  • Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to identify data anomalies
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

What Could Set You Apart

  • Experience with Salesforce as a user or any similar ERP or CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
