Data Loss Prevention Analyst

Data is our business, protecting it is paramount. The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst (Costa Rica) will be part of Equifax’s Global Privacy Team and will work closely with the leaders of Equifax’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs to provide programmatic support as we continue to mature these programs. You will manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables, and be the primary analyst supporting these programs. The DLP Analyst (Costa Rica) will be a versatile team player, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic in maturing these key programs across the enterprise.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with enterprise and business unit stakeholders to provide governance support for Equifax’s Data Loss Prevention program across the enterprise.  
  • Play an active role in continuously improving the DLP program, including building workflows and processes with a focus on automation. 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, standards and procedures that support global privacy program objectives, with a specific focus on DLP.
  • Respond to inquiries, questions, and exception requests from internal stakeholders regarding DLP, utilizing Equifax’s ticketing system.
  • Support the development of training and job aids related to DLP.

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or industry equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or comparable role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in service now
  • English Level B2+
