The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) resource will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment coordination in compliance with client policies and client governance.Job Description
About the Role:
- The role will act as the central interface between Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and Vendors to ensure seamless commercial execution across multiple projects.
- Key responsibilities include raising and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining procurement documentation, coordinating vendor onboarding, monitoring budget utilisation, reconciling invoices against approved POs and work completion, resolving procurement and payment-related queries, and ensuring adherence to procurement controls, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
About You:
- The resource will also be responsible for maintaining procurement trackers, generating MIS reports, supporting month-end financial closures, monitoring ageing of purchase orders and invoices, and driving timely vendor payments to minimise project delivery risks.
- Strong coordination, commercial acumen, proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Coupa or equivalent), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Experience in managing procurement processes for construction, fit-out, or corporate real estate projects will be preferred.
