Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, testing and implementing new systems/programs/processes and enhancements to existing systems/processes to satisfy business objectives.Required Job Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to develop good rapport with management in all Luminare Health Benefits locations
  • Ability to research and learn by contacting other SME’s in the company
  • Extensive attention to detail with analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to resolve issues and determine solutions with limited management
  • Self-driven and self-motivated.

  • PowerStepp experience

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$49,500.00 - $92,800.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
