We are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic Qual team in the role of Project Manager at Sago.

Key Responsibilities• Manage multiple research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with supervisors, recruiters, and clients to align on project needs and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain tracking tools and reports for clear communication of progress.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful recruiting and resolve issues quickly.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, providing timely updates.
  • Use company systems and tools effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle unexpected challenges with urgency, escalating when necessary.
  • Support company goals such as client satisfaction and efficient project close‑out.
  • Understand project costs and feasibility to maintain healthy margins.
  • Adapt to changes in project requirements with flexibility.
  • Deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships.
  • Follow company procedures and standards.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined project management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required).
