Eriez Magnetics India is looking for a commercially strong and technically capable Regional Product Line Manager – Vibrating Products to lead the growth, profitability, competitiveness, and localization of its Vibrating Feeder product line.
This is a high-impact product leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the vibrating feeder portfolio, covering product strategy, roadmap development, application engineering, pricing, market positioning, bid support, product performance, and regional market growth.
A key priority of this role will be to accelerate product indigenization and localization in India, enabling Eriez to improve cost competitiveness, strengthen margins, expand local manufacturing capabilities, and respond more effectively to domestic customer requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with global product management, engineering, application, sourcing, manufacturing, sales, and commercial teams to drive product development, cost optimization, localization, standardization, and market penetration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and drive product roadmap for vibrating feeders, aligned with global and regional strategy.
- Lead localization initiatives to improve cost, lead times, and domestic manufacturing.
- Collaborate with global teams on product development, optimization, and standardization.
- Define positioning, pricing, and value propositions to strengthen competitiveness.
- Establish application standards, technical specifications, and solution frameworks.
- Support sales with bid strategy, clarifications, and proposal inputs.
- Drive bid/no-bid discipline aligned with business objectives and risk policies.
- Develop standardized solution packages to improve efficiency and execution.
- Partner with procurement/manufacturing on sourcing and cost optimization.
- Monitor market trends, VOC, and competition to refine product strategy.
- Align product capabilities with customer requirements for sales success.
- Manage product lifecycle: introductions, upgrades, and rationalization.
- Support new manufacturing processes and integration with global standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Influence global and regional product strategy.
- Provide inputs on regional needs, cost drivers, and execution challenges.
- Develop technical documentation, guidelines, and sales tools.
- Conduct training for sales teams, partners, and customers.
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and industry events.
- Align cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
- Identify new applications and market opportunities.
- Create case studies and performance benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot product/application issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel as required for customer and global collaboration.
Ø Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in product management, application engineering, or sales of industrial equipment, preferably in material handling, vibrating equipment, or bulk solids processing.
- Strong technical understanding of vibrating feeders, conveyors, screening systems, or similar mechanical equipment.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and pricing strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost optimization, sourcing strategies, and margin management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional and global teams in a matrix organization.
- Experience in supporting bids, proposals, and technical sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to convert market insights into product actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagement, supplier development, and global coordination.
