Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience: 11+ years
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java and React.js.
  • Good working knowledge of Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA.
  • Experience writing clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-quality code.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel within India and overseas for project workshops, onboarding, and delivery activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver application features and modules using Java and React.js under the guidance of the Solution Architect.
  • Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Build, enhance, and integrate REST APIs while supporting frontend and backend development activities.
  • Write clean, scalable, tested, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge sharing with junior team members.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and business users to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Track daily progress, update task status in JIRA, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Support UAT, bug fixing, deployment, release activities, and post-release issue resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, API specifications, and release notes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
