Location: Mexico (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the OutSystems platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in software development.
  • +4 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems.
  • Strong experience building Reactive Web Applications in OutSystems.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in global teams.

Nice to Have

  • OutSystems Associate Developer (O11) Certification or higher.
  • OutSystems Professional Developer Certification.
