  • Support alignment between Finance, HR and Operations data sources
  • Improve reporting governance, documentation and process ownership

  • Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills
  • Experience with data aggregation & harmonization (via PowerQuery, Knime, Alteryx…)

Nice to have

Who you are• Curious and proactive

  • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Interested in solving problems and improving processes
  • Able to translate data into actionable insights
  • Focused on building long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes
  • Looking to grow at the intersection of Finance, Data and Business Performance
  • Pragmatic enough to deliver today's reporting requirements while continuously improving tomorrow's processes

What success looks like after 18 monthsYou will have:

  • Taken ownership of a significant portion of recurring reporting activities previously performed in Switzerland
  • Reduced manual effort through automation and process improvements
  • Implemented reporting and data-management solutions that are standardized, documented and sustainable
  • Improved consistency and harmonization of Finance, HR and Operations data
  • Developed reporting and analytical tools actively used by the Controlling team

  • International, collaborative, and regulated product environment
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Long-term ownership of a strategic healthcare product

Why join us?This is not a traditional reporting role.

You will progressively take ownership of reporting activities while helping automate and simplify them. Your success will be measured not only by the quality of the reporting you deliver, but also by the efficiency improvements and analytical capabilities you enable across the Controlling team.

You will work closely with experienced Controllers in Switzerland and gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, performance management, business partnering and finance transformation initiatives.
