Commit is a fast-growing technology company focused on delivering high-quality, scalable products through innovation, automation, and engineering excellence. We are looking for an experienced C# Automation Lead to lead our automation strategy, mentor engineers, and drive quality across complex systems and applications.

Responsibilities

· Lead the Automation team from a technical and professional perspective

· Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C#

· Define and implement automation strategies for Web, API, and backend systems

· Build scalable, maintainable, and reliable automated test infrastructures

· Collaborate closely with Development, Product, DevOps, and QA teams

· Perform code reviews and enforce automation best practices

· Improve CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing processes

· Analyze test results, identify quality gaps, and drive continuous improvement

· Mentor automation engineers and promote engineering excellence

Requirements

· Experience in Automation Development using C#

· Experience as a Tech Lead or team lead

· Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools

· Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar

· Experience with API testing and automation

· Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and clean code principles

· Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git

· Familiarity with SQL databases

· Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Advantages

· Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

· Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

· Background in performance or load testing

· Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
